Working with DHL

We handle device pickups and deliveries through DHL across all of Poland.

Just pack the device

After you submit a repair, the courier collects the laser from the chosen place. We handle the rest.

Every device is insured during transport for up to 50 000 zł.

We arrange transport through DHL. The parcel is insured up to 50 000 zł and handled across all of Poland.
Yes, for transport safety. If you do not have it, contact us — we will send a suitable protective kit free of charge.
After your request you will receive detailed packing instructions and shipping documents from us.
As standard, the whole process, from pickup to return, takes about 5 working days. For more complex repairs we agree the time individually.
Filter replacement, cleaning the cooling system, device calibration and a check of the safety parameters.
We recommend an inspection once a year.
Yes, regular annual service is a condition for keeping the warranty.
After the service we issue an invoice with a 7-day payment term. The service cost always includes transport.
Always. Every repair is carried out only after the customer approves the valuation. We never act without your consent.
Yes, on completion you receive a full service report. On request we add photo and video documentation.
Yes. For an extra 50% of the repair value, the request is treated as a priority and handled out of the queue.
