What we do about itWarranty repairs are done within 7 working days. If a repair takes longer, you get a replacement device for that time.
Dense black and old, deeply set tattoos can stall after a few sessions, and the client asks why they no longer see a difference.
What we do about itPico with its 450 ps pulse is for exactly these cases: dense and old tattoos, and pigment that has stopped responding to a nanosecond laser. It is the highest efficiency in our line.
Lasers with a passive Q-switch work well for lightening and smaller pieces. On a large, heavily saturated area the session gets longer and the result comes more slowly.
What we do about itEdge has an active Q-switch and energy of up to 1200 mJ at 1064 nm, almost three times as much as Ultra with its passive Q-switch (450 mJ).
The laser has to be packed, shipped and waited for, and the supplier may be in another country or refer you to the manufacturer.
What we do about itEdge and Pico are serviced on site, in your practice, so nothing gets packed or shipped. A courier collects the compact Ultra, and transport is insured up to 50,000 zł.
Choosing a laser
A practice where removal is the main service usually starts with Edge. Pico comes in as more clients arrive with difficult cases and tattoos that have stopped responding. Ultra is a second laser or a station for smaller work.

This calculation is for illustration only. It shows revenue, not profit: from the amounts left after the instalment you still have to deduct, among other things, the annual inspection, materials, taxes, salaries and premises. We assumed 20 working days a month and 450 zł per session, the price of removing a tattoo the size of a CD case. The practice sets the number of sessions and their price, and the instalment depends on the lease terms (term, down payment, buyout) and the financier’s decision.
