uvex laservision F20 P1L02 Nd:YAG laser safety spectacles – OD8+ / OD7+
1399,00 złgross price, incl. VAT
The F20 spectacles with the P1L02 filter from uvex laservision protect the operator of an Nd:YAG Q-switched laser at both wavelengths: 532 nm and 1064 nm. Full protection levels to EN 207, CE marking, and very high M ratings (mode-locked) at 1064 nm, 532 nm and 355 nm.
The F20 is a classic lightweight spectacle frame — 30 g excluding packaging — worn directly, without prescription glasses underneath. The orange absorptive filter transmits about 30 % of visible light, so the aiming beam and the fluorescence used to align the beam stay visible.

Description
What OD means
Optical density (OD) states how many times the filter attenuates the beam — each step is a factor of ten. OD8+ at 532 nm means attenuation of at least 10⁸, OD7+ at 1064 nm at least 10⁷. For a Q-switched laser what counts is the D/I/R/M rating to EN 207 at the specific wavelength; the values below come from the manufacturer's data sheet.
- 532 nm: OD8+, D LB6 + I LB7 + RM LB8
- 1064 nm: OD7+, D LB6 + IRM LB7
- Plastic absorptive filter, approx. 2 mm thick, uncoated
- Lightweight spectacle frame, 30 g
Same protection, different frame
The P1L02 filter is identical to the one in the F18. The frame is the difference: the F18 is an over-the-glasses model worn on top of prescription glasses, the F20 is the lighter choice for an operator who wears no correction or works in contact lenses.

laservision was founded in 1987 as a joint venture between uvex safety and Rupp & Hubrach, and has been wholly owned by the uvex group since 2004. Filters and frames are made at the plant in Fürth near Nuremberg — design, production and testing in one place, under the "made in Germany" mark.
The range covers laser protection for industry and medicine: operator and patient eyewear, laser windows and curtains, and bespoke solutions. Every filter carries certified protection levels to EN 207 for specific wavelengths — the figures in the specification come from the manufacturer's data sheet.
