Yes. The price of the laser includes full two-stage training: the Removal 360° online course (theory, protocols, recordings with models) and on-site training with hands-on practice and a certificate.
Yes. Along with the laser you receive training on the iQ acid remover. The kit also includes a bottle of the product — ready to use after the training.
Yes. You join a closed support group where you put questions to the trainers and the service technician, we analyse real cases and we share material updates.
Every laser is covered by a 24-month door-to-door warranty. In the event of a fault we collect the device, repair it and send it back — at no extra cost.
