We organize transport through DHL. The package is insured up to 50,000 PLN and handled throughout Poland.
Yes, shipping must be done in the original packaging for transport safety. If you don’t have it, contact us — we’ll send you an appropriate protective set free of charge.
After submitting, you’ll receive detailed packing instructions and shipping documents from us.
Typically, the entire process — from pickup to return — takes about 5 business days. For more complex repairs, the completion time is determined individually.
The inspection includes filter replacement, cooling system cleaning, device calibration, and safety parameter checks.
We recommend performing an inspection once a year.
Yes, regular annual service is a condition for maintaining the warranty.
Lack of inspection can result in dust and mucus accumulation, destabilization of device operating parameters, and risk of complications during treatments.
After the service is completed, we issue an invoice with a 7-day payment term.
No, the service cost does not include transport. It’s an amount from 100 PLN to 200 PLN depending on the device model.
Always. Every repair is carried out only after the customer approves the quote.
We never take action without your consent. If the costs turn out to be higher than expected, we’ll inform you before taking any steps.
Yes, after completion you’ll receive a full service report. Upon request, we include photo and video documentation of the work performed.
Yes. For an additional 50% of the repair cost, your request will be treated as priority and handled out of queue.
